Where are you located?

We are located in Houston, Texas and we're proud to call this city our home! 


Do you provide hair/makeup?

At the current time we do not provide hair and makeup services. We are more than delighted  to provide a list of recommendations upon request. Please be sure to allow plenty of extra time in case your appointment runs longer than expected.


Do you travel to meet clients?

If possible we try to arrange in person meetings (especially for designer/boutique and  boudoir parties) within reasonable limits. If it shouldn’t be possible due to scheduling or distance we love to video chat with you.


Do you charge for travel?

We want to keep it simple for you, so for most sessions there are no travel fees. In most cases we normally charge travel fee(Round-trip travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations) if our travel time exceeds 20 miles (one way) from zip 77034. We will make sure that in case there would be costs due to travelling, that we point it out right away so you consider it in your budgeting.


What happens if we are running late or vice versa to our shoot?Will you extend the shooting time?

It is our practice to arrive early to our shoots, as I like to scope out the surroundings and get our creative mind going. If for some reason we are late we will do our best to extend the time or if the time is substantial and the shoot is unsuccessful we will refund all or part of the money. If a client is late we will do our best in the time that is remaining to get everything we need, but we don’t extend the session time. 


How long will it take to receive our images?

Your  gallery is posted 1 week after your session, and your finished image files are delivered 1 week after that (so the total turnaround time is 2 weeks).


Can I keep the images from my session private?

All clients sign an optional model release at your experience photo review appointment. If you would prefer to keep your images private, you may indicate your request at that time. 


Do you provide digital negatives (RAW files) after the shoot?

You will be provided with edited images only. Each picture is carefully handled and will be a representation of our work.


Do I get all the images you take?

We go thoroughly through all the images we take during a session and will take out the obviously unusable ones in a first step. We also reduce the amount of duplicates so you can enjoy only the best of the best images. With each packages we guarantee a minimum amount of images, but in the end you will get all the images which make it into the final collection.


How do I reserve you for a PHOTO EXPERIENCE?

As soon as we have decided on a date and time for your event you can pay the required deposit and you will be officially booked! BOOK NOW


If we cancel our booking will we receive our deposit back?

In case you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and eventual cost already arisen before the actual session. However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen, so we try to work on alternatives if possible – e.g. find a new date for a session.
